Peanut Butter with Salted Peanuts

Peanut Butter Goober had grand visions of being the boiled peanut king. He was going to open up roadside stands on all the country roads and own the boiled peanut market. You guessed it, that didn’t go well. Grandma used to say “He don’t got all that belongs to him.” With his love of peanuts, he focused on cookies and set out to make the best peanut butter cookie that tasted like sweet peanuts. It's loaded with peanut butter and for added flavor, chopped peanuts, not boiled, of course.
